Join Dentons US LLP as a Senior Electronic Billing Coordinator and play a critical role in the electronic billing processes for our domestic clients and vendors. This hybrid position requires collaboration with various teams while you work three days in-office each week. We are looking for an analytical problem-solver who can enhance our billing operations and foster efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the administration of electronic billing for all clients and vendors, ensuring proper documentation, training, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with the Billing Team and Finance Department to identify and implement process improvements, create management reports, and troubleshoot billing issues.
Maintain detailed profiles for all electronic billing vendors, including policies and contacts, and communicate guidelines to key Finance Team members.
Engage with billing attorneys and secretaries to ensure a smooth electronic billing process.
Generate and distribute weekly e-billing reports to relevant stakeholders.
Proactively offer solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in electronic billing.
Navigate the E-billing Hub to resolve electronic billing challenges effectively.
Update and manage client websites in relation to billing.
Work closely with Billing Coordinators and timekeepers to ensure compliance with all electronic billing guidelines.
Coordinate with the Collections Team for timely follow-ups on aged invoices submitted electronically.
Address all rejected invoices within two business days of receipt from the billing coordinator.
Perform ongoing and ad hoc duties as assigned to fulfill the role's objectives.
Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of e-billing experience, preferably with systems like Serengeti, Collaborati, Legal Precision, or eBillingHub, in a law firm or professional services setting.
Proficiency in Elite Enterprise or 3E, and ME-Billing applications.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
A self-starter with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 - $98,000, based on experience.
