SummaryPlans and implements an Extended School Year program; provides active outreach support to parents and/or guardians at the beginning of summer program services to ensure that all questions have been answered and all materials have been received; communicates via phone or email as agreed upon with parents and/or guardians, unless otherwise specified in the IEP; works to support students with a range of disabilities, learning styles, and skill levels, some of which participated in Standard of Learning (SOL), Virginia Essentialized Standards of Learning (VESOL), and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction during the prior school year; monitors student progress for learning continuum through data reporting and documents updates from parents and/or guardians consultation sessions; participates in Summer Collaborative Team meetings; maintains accurate and complete records as required by law, regulation, and policy. Dates of service throughout the summer are aligned with IEP class-based direct instruction dates.Qualifications
