RequirementsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to assist residents with daily activities and mobility Support and participate in events and activities Experience with memory care residents Creativity and flexibility to engage residents in meaningful activities
