Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead client feedback initiatives and implement continuous improvement measures. Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies. What We're Looking For10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects. 6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services. Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
