Applicants for the Head of Engineering and AI position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. A minimum of 10 years' experience across software, data, and cloud environments, with at least 8 years in engineering leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, full-stack development, and experience with modern AI/LLM-powered solutions. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience in enterprise data strategy and platform development are essential.
