With offices in major markets nationwide, the firm is known for sophisticated work, collaborative culture, and long-term client relationships.The OpportunityThe Boston office is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters for employers across a broad range of industries, working closely with experienced partners on both litigation and advisory matters.Key Responsibilities • Litigating employment matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies • Handling discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract cases • Advising employers on employment-related compliance and HR matters • Drafting employment policies, agreements, and related documentation • Conducting internal investigations • Delivering employment-related compliance trainingsQualifications • Minimum 4+ years of employment law experience • Strong litigation experience in employment-related matters • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • JD from an accredited law school • Admitted or eligible for admission in MassachusettsCompensation Salary range: $310,000 – $365,000, bonus eligible.About Zerega ConsultingZerega Consulting is a woman-owned and managed legal recruiting and consulting company.
