LinkedIn page for future technology and public sector opportunities.Job SummaryHector Systems Inc. is seeking experienced IBM Maximo Senior Developers for upcoming public sector, transportation, infrastructure, and enterprise asset management opportunities.We are looking for senior technical professionals with strong hands-on experience in Maximo customization, integrations, automation scripts, workflows, troubleshooting, and production support.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications.Develop automation scripts, workflows, escalations, integrations, and technical enhancements.Support Maximo Integration Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, and external system interfaces.Troubleshoot production issues and support performance improvements.Work with functional consultants, administrators, and business users.Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and support procedures.Required Qualifications10+ years of application development experience.8+ years of IBM Maximo development/customization experience.IBM Maximo 9.0 or higher experience preferred.Strong candidates with Maximo 7.6+, MAS, or other enterprise Maximo versions will also be considered.Experience with Java, Jython, Automation Scripts, MBOs, SQL, and Maximo Integration Framework.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, workflows, escalations, and Application Designer.Experience supporting Maximo environments using Oracle and/or SQL Server.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with public sector, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, or asset-heavy environments.PostgreSQL exposure is a plus but not required.Experience with Maximo upgrades, modernization, integrations, or production support.Application InstructionsPlease apply with your updated resume, availability, work authorization status, expected rate, preferred employment type, and primary Maximo technical skills.Location: Remote, U.S.-basedEmployment Type: W2 / Contract-to-Hire preferred; C2C may be considered on a case-by-case basisWork Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship may be considered for highly qualified candidates, subject to project requirementsAnticipated Start: Q4 2026Work Arrangement: Remote work is expected.
