This isn’t just a desk job—it is a high-visibility role where you will build and maintain relationships with key public figures, including the Mayor’s office, the Planning Commission, and various city and government officials.Whether you are an experienced Land Use practitioner or a junior attorney with a background in environmental regulations or public health and a desire to pivot, this firm offers the mentorship and platform to elevate your career.Key ResponsibilitiesNavigate complex land use, zoning, and environmental regulatory matters.Represent clients before the San Francisco Planning Commission and other government bodies.Foster and manage relationships with influential city officials and public figures.Collaborate on high-stakes real estate development projects that define the SF skyline.Qualifications1-10 years of legal experience (Land Use experience preferred; will consider candidates with interest in Environmental/Government work).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate political and public spheres.JD from an accredited law school and active CA Bar membership.Compensation and Work-Life BalanceBillable Goal: A highly reasonable 1750 hours annually.Schedule: Hybrid model (2 days in-office)Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $240,000.
