We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing mid-size law firm based in Californiaa. As an Civil Litigation Attorney, you must be a licensed California Attorney looking to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:You will report directly to a partner and, depending on your legal experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on your own cases.You will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients.Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility.REQUIREMENTS:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the state bar and licensed to practice law in California.2+ years experience practicing as an Civil Litigation Attorney.Strong litigation skills, with experience handling all stages of litigation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually.
