If you're a hands-on problem solver with a strong foundation in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and knowledge on ladder logic, this is a great place to apply your skills and build a long-term career.What You'll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep complex aerospace manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. You'll work on a wide range of systems from 5-axis mill-turn machines and lathes to boring machines, broaches, and compressed air systems - supporting production, new product introduction (NPI), and facility operations.Perform diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on CNC and related manufacturing machinery.Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, interpret schematics and ladder logic, and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime.Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to problem-solve and improve machine reliability.Participate in on-the-job training and technical coursework (the company partners with local colleges to support continued education in PLCs and controls).What They're Looking For:Strong electrical troubleshooting experience is a must - including ability to read and interpret schematics and diagnose complex system issues.Solid mechanical aptitudePositive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to keep learning.PLC or CNC programming experience is a plus.Shift & Compensation:Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (M-F)Second Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (10% shift differential)Pay: $28-$35/hr depending on experience, with plenty of overtime opportunities (Saturday 1.5x, Sunday 2x).Great opportunity to get into the Aerospace industry!
