Maintenance Worker

Systems Maintenance SpecialistTroubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, boilers, and air conditioning systems. Major industrial equipment repair. Maintain compliance of preventative maintenance inspection/work order program within engineering standards in a cost-effective/timely manner. Perform the PMI and repair work on boilers, supply air blowers, and fuel oil pumps and piping, chillers (gas and electric) and associated pumps and piping, cooling water towers and associated pumps and piping, condensate return system and associated pumps and piping, water softeners and associated tanks and piping, and the water chemistry program testing and treatment.Experience/Education: High school graduate or graduate of technical school in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent work related experience. Two or more years of experience in industrial air conditioning and/or industrial electrical systems and/or water treatment systems and/or steam heating or wood burning boilers and/or major engineering equipment repair.Perks/Benefits: Have optimal opportunity for career growth within our growing organization.
