Kessler PR Seeks a Full Time Office Manager and Executive Assistant in Our Monmouth County OfficeKessler PR Group is an award-winning, highly regarded, boutique public relations firm specializing in crisis communications, reputation management, litigation support and media relations.This is a temporary-to-hire position, with a three-month trial period leading to permanent status.We seek a candidate with experience in office administration and executive assistance. A communications background is helpful but not critical. The position is five-day, full-time and hybrid, with Monday through Thursday in our Monmouth County, NJ office. This is not negotiable.Key Responsibilities
Office Management and Executive AssistanceProvide comprehensive support to the CEO and staff. Handle day-to-day operations, maintain a well-organized office environment, and ensure seamless communication across our teamManaging calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements, vendors, office supplies, equipment and maintenanceTracking and submitting office expenditures, employee expenses, and processing accounts payables / receivablesTrack client billables and send out invoices utilizing QuickBooksAct as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skillsTechnology and IT SupportManaging / Administrating office technology and providing basic IT supportTroubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT providers as neededProofreading and EditingReviewing PR materials, press releases and client communications / contracts for accuracy, grammar and consistencyDesirable Skills and AttributesSignificant Office Administration experience is a must, particularly as relates to office financial managementDiscretion, maturity, and business/professional social skillsComfortable juggling multiple tasks, initiatives, and projects and delivering on deadlineExpertise in Cloud computing, IP Phone System and basic IT supportProficiency in MS Office suite, QuickBooks, and Back Office AdministrationA political junkie/follower of New Jersey local and regional political/legal news is a plusA sense of humor is a bonus; a big ego is notCompensation is commensurate with experience but generally above industry standards.
