You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through closing.This position offers the unique balance of working within a nationally established homebuilder while operating inside a high-growth division where your performance directly influences both earnings and career advancement.ResponsibilitiesSales Execution: Represent new home communities and guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process, from initial engagement to contract and closing.Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers, ensuring a high-touch and consultative customer experience.Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage contracts, financing coordination, and closing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals and community absorption targets.Market Engagement: Act as the face of the community, maintaining strong local market awareness and representing the builder’s brand professionally at all times.QualificationsLicensed Real Estate professional (required).Fluent in English (required).Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish is a bonus!Prior experience in new home sales or residential homebuilding preferred.Proven track record of strong sales performance.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to operate in a structured, target-driven environment.Preferred BackgroundsExperience in new home communities or model home sales.High-performing real estate agents transitioning into new home sales.Sales professionals from KPI-driven environments with direct customer engagement.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales acumen and closing ability.Customer-focused, consultative approach.High accountability and results orientation.Excellent communication skills across diverse buyer profiles.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and follow-through skills.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated sales professional seeking a high-visibility role in new home sales with strong earning potential and growth opportunity, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
