Inside Sales Representative

C&C Wholesale Distributors is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Shreveport, LA team. We want to find driven individuals to continue our unprecedented long-term success.C&C Wholesale CORE VALUESEmbrace and drive changePut your heart into it and STAY committedCreate connections with customers and each otherCommunicate with respect and patienceDo what is RIGHT even when it's hardKeep it FUNResponsibilies may include, but are not limited to:Providing customer service to walk-in customersTaking orders over the phone and answering product questionsStaying up to date with product knowledgeMonitoring fax and email orders coming in from customersHelping pull materials in the warehouse and communicating with warehouse personnel dailyCommunicating with outside salespeople on arranging customer orders and deliveriesAssisting in the daily sales close out Assisting in stocking showroom Doing special manufacturer orders and keeping up with required paperworkMaintaining cleanliness and organization of showroom, including coffee areaAssisting branch manager wherever else neededIdeal Qualities:Familiar with the floor covering industry and productsExperience in Inside Sales and strong lead generation skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionAbility to maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFast-learner and desire to learn quickly and find solutions for customers and sales teamStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredBi-lingual (Spanish and English)
