Responsibilities:Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout the shift Lead training of all restaurant positions and communicate goals to hold team members accountable for performance Hold guests as the highest priority and role model exceptional guest service Drive a sense of urgency through the team to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problems Ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met Control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout the shift Report equipment issues and comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies Requirements:Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts Intermediate PC skills with a working knowledge of basic word processing and spreadsheet software Ability to use Google applications is preferred Skills and Qualifications:Fluent in English Math and financial management skills Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience At least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred Benefits:Competitive Pay Growing Paid Time Off* Competitive MVP Healthcare and Dental Benefits* Career Development and Growth Discounted College Degree Program Weekly wage and Direct deposit Bereavement leave* Location: Bridgeview Donuts 3668 Rte 9W, Highland, NY 12528, USAReady to take on this exciting opportunity?
