Entry level Operator

Airswift is seraching for an Entry level Operator to work on a long-term contract near Tehachapi, CA. * Job Type: Contract * Work period: Full-Time * Duration: 12 month with possibility of extension * Location: Tehachapi, California, United States Role Overview * Comply with all internal and external health, safety, security, and environmental policies. * Meet established company timeframes for tasks to achieve department goals. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare equipment for job set-up. * Fill and transport chemical containers to designated staging areas. * Accurately complete production records for product tracking. * Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product testing. * Lift and move containers weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. * Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and take initiative. * Work independently while receiving support from the Shift Lead or Area Supervisor. * Engage in departmental and company improvement initiatives. Skills & Qualifications * Knowledge of specialty chemicals and ISO-9002 standards is a plus * Ability to read and interpret work instructions. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. * Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges. * Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including inclement weather. Education & Experience * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Pay & Benefits * Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
