As Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing services operation to maximize machine efficiencies while minimizing costs and contributing to achieving the company’s overall business goals.
Maintenance Manager Technical Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience
6+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred: Automotive manufacturing and/or metal stamping
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance, and reliability principles
Working knowledge of Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex systems-level issues
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong customer service orientation
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively motivate and engage teams

Maintenance Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for the Maintenance / Manufacturing Services department
Address manufacturing maintenance issues and employee relations matters as they arise
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
Ensure departmental alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and implement systems to track production downtime and drive continuous improvement targets
Prepare and manage the Manufacturing Services budget
Review countermeasures to confirm effectiveness and sustained improvement
Report on Manufacturing Services performance metrics
Prepare and present reports to management as requested
Attend cross-functional and leadership meetings as required
