Industrial Maintenance Technician

*THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION*Job Description:The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery in a manufacturing facility. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machineryTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsPerform preventative maintenance tasksEnsure that all equipment is operating efficiently and safelyDocument all maintenance and repair work performedAssist with equipment installations and upgradesAdhere to all safety regulations and guidelinesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong mechanical and electrical skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExperience with welding and fabricationExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
