Fractional Sales Leader
To support a growing startup, the full-time Fractional Head of Sales will build and scale the founding sales team, oversee the hiring process, and define sales strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilitiesOversee the hiring process for Account Executives, defining ideal candidate profiles and conducting interviews
Develop onboarding plans and set 30/60/90 day goals and KPIs for new hires
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to define revenue targets and build sales processesRequired qualificationsExperience as a CRO or VP of Sales in SaaS startups with a track record of growth
Proven sales experience with mid-market or enterprise SaaS, achieving ACVs of $50K - $100K+
Significant management experience in hiring and coaching founding Account Executives
Ability to work on an hourly basis while efficiently tracking hours
Based in the USA or Canada
