The Head of Commercial Sales will be in the trenchesleading from the front, jumping into deals, and helping shape the playbook as the company scales. You will oversee a team of Account Executives across mid-market and enterprise, while building the structure, rigor, and momentum needed to accelerate growth.The ideal candidate is a true player-coach: someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves winning deals, and knows how to turn a strong team into a high-performing, scalable sales organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Own and drive revenue performance across commercial and enterprise segmentsLead, coach, and scale a team of Account ExecutivesRoll up your sleeves to support and close complex, high-value dealsLead deal strategy, multi-threading, negotiation, and executionRun disciplined deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecasting cadencesElevate team performance through hands-on coaching and accountabilityImprove outbound motion and pipeline generation in a scaling environmentBuild and refine repeatable sales processes while maintaining speed and agilityPartner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM effortsHire, onboard, and develop top-performing sales talentQualifications:Experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in high-growth environments (mid-market and/or enterprise)Proven track record of driving revenue and scaling teamsStrong experience with complex, multi-threaded sales cyclesPlayer-coach mindset with a hands-on, execution-oriented approachOperational rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process developmentAbility to balance speed and structure in a scaling organizationStrong coaching instincts and a passion for developing talentAdditional Information:Reports to the Chief Revenue OfficerBased in New York CityHigh-impact, high-visibility role with direct ownership of revenue outcomesOpportunity to shape and scale the sales organization during a critical growth phaseSuccess is defined by consistent quota attainment, improved deal execution, strong forecasting accuracy, and building a high-performing, scalable sales team
