Title: Creative Operations CoordinatorLocation: Burbank, CA - HybridEmployment Type: ContractExperience: 2+ yearsAbout the OpportunityTalentoHC is partnering with a globally recognized entertainment studio to find a Creative Ops Coordinator for their in-house Creative Services Studio in Burbank, CA.This is a critical and collaborative role at the intersection of creativity and operations. The Creative Ops Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the studio, acting as the primary point of contact for incoming creative requests and ensuring the team can focus on high-quality creative execution and strategic IP decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.This is an 8-month contract position with the potential to convert or extend. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership while contributing to strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming creative requests from internal partner teams including Licensing, Brand Marketing, and Product MarketingManage and maintain the studio's project management tools, ensuring all projects are accurately tracked and up to dateTriage incoming briefs based on deadlines, complexity, and team capacity, and assign requests to the appropriate Senior DesignerReview incoming creative briefs for completeness before routing to designers, and return incomplete briefs with clear direction on missing informationMaintain and organize the studio's Digital Asset Management system, ensuring all files are properly named, versioned, and archived upon project closureAct as the liaison between the Creative Studio and all internal partner teams, communicating project status updates, timeline changes, and delivery confirmationsFacilitate weekly studio check-ins to review workload, priorities, and upcoming deadlinesIdentify recurring workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvementsOnboard internal partners to the studio's intake process and toolsTrack and report on studio capacity, project volume, and turnaround timesQualifications2+ years of experience in a creative operations or project management coordination roleExperience working within a creative studio, agency, or in-house design teamStrong understanding of creative production workflows and design processesProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or JiraExperience with Digital Asset Management systemsExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBonusExperience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer productsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of licensing and brand marketing workflowsExperience working across global teams including EMEA, LATAM, and JapanPassion for gaming and familiarity with the client's IP portfolioAbout TalentoHCBuild Your Best Team YetExecutive Search | Talent Strategy | Human Capital ConsultingTalentoHC is a global executive search and human capital consulting firm helping organizations build high-performing leadership teams that drive growth and transformation.
