About the RoleWe are hiring a Manager to join the growing digital practice at Entertainment 360. This role is built for an experienced rep with an existing book of digital and lifestyle clients ready to grow inside a fully integrated management company. You will continue to develop and manage your roster while gaining access to 360's broader film, TV, and comedy representation businesses as well as production resources. ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an existing roster of digital and lifestyle clients across day-to-day strategy, brand partnerships, content development, and long-term career planningLead negotiations on brand deals, licensing, consumer product, and entertainment opportunities in coordination with business affairsIdentify and sign new clients aligned with the division's growth thesis across beauty, fashion, food, wellness, home, travel, and adjacent lifestyle verticalsDrive crossover strategy in partnership with 360's Film/TV, Comedy, Production, and Brand Partnerships divisions — converting digital momentum into durable, multi-platform careersBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, publicists, platforms, and traditional entertainment buyersPartner with senior leadership on division strategy, roster planning, and new business developmentMentor junior team members Qualifications3+ years of experience managing or representing digital and lifestyle talent at a management company, talent agency, brand partnerships group, or digital-first studioExisting roster of digital or lifestyle clients with demonstrated portabilityDocumented deal track record across brand partnerships; ideally also experience in licensing, consumer products, production, or entertainment crossoverEstablished relationships across the creator ecosystem and the brand and agency communityStrategic and entrepreneurial — clear point of view on where the division should grow and the discipline to executeStrong commercial instincts paired with genuine creative judgmentBachelor's degree required Compensation and LocationBase salary range: $100,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience and bookBonus eligibility and commission structure based on performance and client revenueHealth, dental, vision, 401(k), and standard E360 benefitsLos Angeles, hybrid Qualified applicants should submit resumes to careers@ent360.com.
