Job Description Must have and maintain a current Esthetician’s state license. Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu serices. Must have prior experience in product retail sales. Must meet the retail goals established by management, if applicable. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by state board regulations. Greet clients in a professional and timely manner. Possess comprehensive knowledge of facial services and product lines and confidently educate guests on their features and benefits. Ability to perform all esthetics menu services. Communicate all service upgrades and changes to spa desk staff promptly. Help guests choose appropriate retail products and explain how to use them effectively. Report any service issues immediately. Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures. Other duties as assigned by management.
