Apply Now!We are looking for an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across Ocean, Air, and Domestic Freight (including drayage). This role will be responsible for shipment coordination, tracking, and ensuring smooth execution of all operational processes in alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations for Ocean, Air, and Domestic shipmentsCoordinate booking processes and ensure accurate documentation (B/L, AWB, etc.)Track shipments and proactively manage delays or issuesCommunicate effectively with carriers, brokers, agents, and customersEnsure compliance with U.S. import/export regulationsMaintain accurate operational records and provide timely updates to stakeholdersRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of freight forwarding operations experienceStrong knowledge of Ocean (FCL/LCL), Air, and drayage operationsExperience with booking, documentation, and shipment tracking processesFamiliarity with U.S. import/export operationsStrong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholdersMust be based in or able to work on-site in New JerseyRemote work is not available for this positionApply now and be part of a team committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainability.TLS Logistics is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
