This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to advance their skills and make a meaningful impact in the medical field.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently room patients and prepare them for examinations.Accurately document patient information and actively listen to their needs.Collaborate with physicians and management to deliver exceptional patient care.Maintain a clean and sanitized environment by adhering to strict sanitation protocols before and after patient visits.Coordinate with administrative staff to manage patient referrals, authorizations, testing, and results.Effectively communicate patient needs to physicians and relay care plans to patients.Answer phone inquiries and complete tasks promptly and professionally.Assist with in-office medical procedures as needed.Uphold a sterile environment by following established infection control guidelines.Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.Expectations:Demonstrate consistent punctuality and strong time management skills.Maintain reliable transportation to ensure dependable attendance.Exhibit a friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues.Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently.Follow management guidance and implement feedback to enhance performance.Located at 6160 Tutt Blvd Ste 250, Colorado Springs, CO 80923Monday - Thursday 7:45AM-5PM, Friday 7:45 AM - 12PM
