This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across accounting, cash management, and financial reporting, while collaborating with leadership on key business initiatives.What you’ll doPrepare journal entries and account reconciliationsReview general ledger activity and ensure accuracy against budgetsSupport audit and tax processes as the main point of contactMonitor cash flow and complete bank reconciliationsAssist with budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial analysisProvide backup support to AP and payroll as neededWhat we’re looking for5–8 years of accounting experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA a plus)Professional services experience preferredStrong Excel skills; Deltek experience is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesKey traitsStrong communicator and team playerDetail-oriented and highly organizedSelf-motivated with a proactive mindsetAdaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
