Position NameFinancial AnalystClientMedia & Entertainment IndustryLocationAtlanta GA 30301Duration3 Month contract (Remote)Pay Rate$30/hr on W2ShiftDay Shift (Mon-Fri)Job DescriptionThe Job• WMTO Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the organization.• This position will directly support the Global Media Support Chain & Content Operations team and will assist with the preparation of accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting, planning, and analysis.• The position will assist in ad-hoc support and consolidation of financial information.• This position will be remote (Mid-West or East Coast based) and will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent collaboration across multiple divisions• This role reports directly to the Manager of Finance.The Daily• Create and maintain financial reporting, as well as provide ad-hoc support for inquiries from operations.• Utilize our Financial Systems - Hyperion, Essbase Excel Add-in, Ariba, Peoplesoft, Clarity and others to run monthly reports related to headcount, capital, opex, and month-end actuals to enter data to rollforward monthly forecasts.• Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company's operating and capital budget and forecast in a timely manner.• Assist with monthly actual vs budget/forecast analysis, document the actual trends against the plan and variance analysis.• Conduct analysis of monthly 3rd party contracts and provide feedback for inclusion in the planning cycle.• Assist with key finance projects including process development and implementations, financial system and reporting projects, or reporting/efficiency improvement opportunities.
