Software Integration Engineer (Framework Dev & Integration - TS/SCI)

Overview In this role, you will define, develop, and sustain the program's Integration Framework while providing technical leadership for cross-team integration. You will work within a defense-focused team to plan and validate interfaces, baselines, and artifacts that enable reliable system integration. The position offers visibility across programs and opportunities to shape scalable integration solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality results in a rigorous environment. ResponsibilitiesEstablish integration processes and baselinesDefine environment baselines and plan integration activitiesResolve cross-team integration issues and lead interface validationPlan integration activities and manage risk, schedule alignmentEnsure completion of integration artifacts, baselines, and issue resolutions Key requirementsActive TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's Degree in STEM8+ years of military-related integration experience (6+ years with a Master's)Experience in software testing for IT/mobile apps (Android/iOS)Automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber (BDD)Scripting: Python or BashREST API testing; JSON/XML formatsVersion control systems: GitHub, GitLab, SVN, or TFS; CI/CD with Jenkins or Azure DevOps (desirable)Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DB2; data analysis for troubleshooting8+ years leading technical teams or large-scale distributed systemsAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Analytical thinking and root cause analysisStrong debugging skillsSelenium WebDriverTestNGJUnit
