Treasury Operations Specialist

Job Description:A high-growth, AI-driven platform focused on modernizing fund administration and investment operations is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate. The platform is designed to streamline and automate core workflows across fund operations, enabling finance teams to operate with greater accuracy, speed, and visibility.About the role:This role sits within the treasury and cash operations function, focused on overseeing critical money movement workflows where accuracy is essential. You will act as a key control point across capital activity, ensuring transactions are processed correctly and on time for a sophisticated client base.This is not a purely executional role. You will help document, improve, and automate treasury processes in partnership with accounting and engineering teams, contributing to the buildout of a more efficient and scalable operating environment.What you’ll work on:Own and process end-to-end money movement workflows including capital calls, distributions, investment wires, bill payments, intercompany transactions, and management fee paymentsServe as a control layer to identify and resolve errors before they impact clientsPerform daily cash reconciliations and maintain accurate records across accountsPartner with engineering teams to document and systematize treasury workflowsIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiencySupport fund accounting leadership on client-related escalations as neededHelp build structured, auditable approval workflows for treasury activities within the platformRequirements:Hands-on experience with wire processing and capital call/distribution workflowsStrong attention to detail with a track record of identifying and resolving errorsAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
