Join a workplace where success is a collective journey and leadership is a shared responsibility.  Talent Programs SpecialistThe Talent Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting Talent Programs for Asset Living Corporate. This role will report into the VP of Talent Programs and will be responsible for assisting all components of our Corporate Talent Programs strategy. The Talent Programs Specialist will be involved in projects relating to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Culture and Engagement. This role involves assessing organizational needs, designing comprehensive development programs, and implementing strategies to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within Asset Living.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute weekly Corporate new hire onboarding programHelp design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with Asset Living's goals and objectivesCoordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparationContinuously seek feedback from participants and make necessary improvements to training programsBuild and cultivate relationships with Asset employees and act as a trusted advisor to support talent strategy and create measurable business impactCollect and analyze data to evaluate the impact of training on employee performance and organizational goalsLearn and then master Talent Programs technology platforms such as Greenhouse Onboarding and ChartHopSupport mid-year and year end performance review process in its entiretyDevelop and implement creative strategies for culture and engagement initiativesSupport various projects and initiatives to streamline best practices and elevate our Talent Programs effortsCollaborate with leaders to forecast development and engagement opportunities and track ongoing needs of their businessProvide input to VP of Talent Programs and Chief People Officer to build metrics and ensure Talent Programs team exceeds benchmarks relating to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Culture and EngagementScope and support projects focused on continuous improvement for Talent Programs functionEffectively work with an ecosystem of team members, including the business, HR, Corporate Marketing, FP&A, and TA programsStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent developmentEducation/Experience NeededMinimum of two years of experience in talent development, training, or similar role with a proven track record of progressionStrong communication skills and the ability to interact with leaders across a variety of functionsExperience in supporting effective training programsProven ability to achieve results within a fast-moving and sometimes changing environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsProficiency with computer platforms such as Microsoft OfficeAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholdersProficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training softwareThis job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
