Assistant Property Manager (Floater)
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, including financial performance, administrative tasks, and resident relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the property runs efficiently while maintaining a high level of service for residents and prospects.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven. A strong focus on collections and delinquency management is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with residents regarding balances, payment plans, and account resolutions.Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager's absenceCollect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgersPerform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspectionsRespond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionallyCoordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completionAttend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant)Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant unitsQualifications: 2+ years of property management or related experience preferredStrong customer service, organization, and communication skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportationPositive, professional, and team-oriented attitudePowered by JazzHR
