Video ProductionLead end-to-end video production for the brokerage, including:Cinematic property listing videosAgent bio and branding videosBrokerage events and training contentSocial media reels and promotional contentResponsibilities include planning, filming, lighting, audio capture, and post-production editing.2. On-Camera Direction & Creative LeadershipDevelop video concepts and scripts tailored to agents and brand messagingDirect and coach agents on camera to ensure confident, professional deliveryMaintain a consistent visual and storytelling standard across all content3. Team Oversight & Workflow ManagementCreate and manage weekly shooting schedulesReview and approve content produced by other team membersDelegate projects effectively to maintain efficiency and qualityEnsure timely turnaround4. Content Strategy & Social Media GrowthDevelop and execute a strategic content plan for the brokerageIdentify trends and adapt content accordinglyAnalyze engagement metrics and refine strategyCollaborate with agents to elevate their personal brands5. Agent Social Media CoachingTrain agents on best practices for posting, engagement, and brand positioningProvide guidance on video usage, captions, and storytellingAct as a resource for improving agents' online presenceRole Requirements1. Technical ProductionAdvanced proficiency operating full-frame mirrorless camerasStrong gimbal operation and smooth camera movementExperience flying and shooting with dronesAbility to shoot in varied lighting conditions (interior, exterior, twilight)2. Editing & Post ProductionAdvanced experience with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere ProBasic color correction and sound design skillsAbility to produce cinematic pacing and polished editsEfficient workflow management and file organization3. Leadership & OrganizationStrong project management and scheduling abilitiesClear communication skillsAbility to give constructive creative feedbackExperience managing or mentoring team members preferred4.
