Job DescriptionJob Posting: Plaintiff Employment AttorneyLocation: Los Angeles,CAJob Type: Full-TimePractice Area: Employment LawLabor & Employment Law Attorney Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Labor & Employment Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of litigating employment cases, excellent legal writing and advocacy skills, and a strong commitment to fighting for justice on behalf of employees.Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of plaintiff labor and employment matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Take and manage depositions, and conduct meet and confers to advance case objectives..Help prepare for and participate in mediation, and otherwise assist in negotiations to resolve employment matters on a class or individual basis as appropriate.Provide counsel and advice to clients regarding their legal rights and potential claimsCollaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to develop effective legal strategies.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as necessary.Qualifications:1+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense Employment Law preferred (Candidates with 3+ years of general litigation will be considered)Experience class action and/or single action employment law matters including: Unpaid wages, discrinination, harrassment, wrongful termination, maternity leave, class action, migrant workers, immigrationExceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A passion for advocating for employees and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.J.D. from an accredited law school.Licensed in CA in good standing.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Supportive, collaborative work environment.Great work/life balance.Bonus opportunities.How to Apply: Apply online, or send your resume in confidence to jaimi.harper@gogpac.com .
