EDR Attendant Full-time $18.00 per hour

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for restocking food, beverages, utensils, condiments and other supplies for the Employee Dining Room. Acknowledges and greet all Employee Dining Room (EDR) customers in a prompt and friendly manner in accordance with service standards. Maintains professional appearance and performs job duties in accordance with department and company safety guidelines. Works in accordance with Health Department rules and regulations. Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Management. The duties listed are not set forth for the purposes of limiting the assignment of work. QUALIFICATIONSEducationHigh School Diploma and/or equivalent experience. Work Experience: 1 year of prior food service experience. Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's or ServSafe Card and negative Tuberculosis (TB) test. Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary. Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of Safety and Sanitation guidelines as set forth in individual job manuals. Ability to lift 15lbs. for various job-related duties, throughout an 8 hour shift. Ability to stand and walk the entire shift excluding breaks and meal periods. Must demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position. SCHEDULED HOURSCommerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
