Job DescriptionJob Title: PhysicianLocation: Chillicothe, OH 45601Schedule: Monday – Friday, weekdays only (no evenings, weekends, or holidays)Hours per Week: 40Duration: Minimum 6 months with possibility of permanent hire.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with intra- and interdepartmental staff to administer patient treatment following nationally recognized standards.Conduct patient exams, write evaluations, and complete medical reports.Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic testing results.Manage medication regimens for patients.Complete inmate medical reclassification and other required reviews.Make referrals for specialized care or treatment as necessary.Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities, including peer reviews.Engage in collaborative agreements when applicable.Manage a caseload of up to 2.5 patients per hour.Qualifications/Requirement:Active Ohio Medical License.Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.Experience in primary care.Master's degree (MD or DO).Active BLS certification.DEA Certification.
