Job DescriptionJob Title: Primary care PhysicianLocation: Chillicothe, OH 45601Duration: 6 months to long termShift hours: Standard 1st shift (40 hours)Job DescriptionWorking collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record systemConducting exams and writing evaluations and reportsOrdering and interpreting diagnostic testingManaging medicationCompleting reclassifications and other reviews as indicatedMaking referrals for specialized care or treatmentPerforming duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standardsParticipating in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviewsEngaging in collaborative agreements, as neededCaseload: Up to 2.5 patients/hourRequired documents• Active Physician medical license for the state of OH.• Active BLS/CPR
