Job Summary

As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options for Van Chevrolet , and other models in our inventory.
Conduct test drives with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing, to close deals effectively.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Van Chevrolet
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business or referrals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for vehicle sales and financing agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to Van Chevrolet policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant sales training is a plus).
Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field (not required but preferred).
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a retail sales environment.
Basic computer skills for managing customer data and completing sales transactions.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
Potential earnings: $40,000 - $150,000+ annually, depending on sales.
