The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Site HR Director and lead a number of strategic generalist duties and initiatives.POSITION OVERVIEWCandidate will report to the Site HR Director while working closely with the plant functional staff and Production Leadership.The HR Business Partner will be responsible for day to day strategic generalist duties inclusive of Performance Management, succession planning, talent reviews, organizational development, etc..Position entails providing practical, consistent, and pro-active support, direction and advice to staff, supervisors and employees on complex Human Resource, Employee Relations, and regulatory issues.Candidate will work closely with Senior leadership on a variety of projects and initiatives.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree is required for consideration. Advanced degree and/or certifications are considered a plusCandidate should have at least 5 years of Human Resources experience within manufacturing based environment.Candidate should have strong Operational pedigree, with ability to act as "business partner" with Management.Strong generalist background
