Senior Estimator (Water & Wastewater)

With a strong foundation built on integrity, quality, and accountability, we're shaping the future of infrastructure one project at a time.Key Responsibilities:Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed takeoffsAnalyze bid documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the projectPrepare and submit competitive and accurate bid proposalsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipmentAnalyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategiesMaintain and utilize historical cost and production data to assist in securing new workParticipate in bid reviews with Chief Estimator and upper managementQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field5+ years' experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry.Minimum of 1 year of estimating experienceKnowledge of estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, BlueBeam, AgtekKnowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectValid Driver's licenseCommute to office in Farmers Branch, TX Why Join Urban Infraconstruction: Competitive SalaryOpportunity for career advancementCompany Bonus Plan401(k) with company matchingMedical, dental and vision benefits*Company paid Holidays
