Senior Estimator - Heavy Civil

As one of the fastest-growing private companies in the industry, we are committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in everything we do-from preconstruction through project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposalsPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete workApply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the projectAnalyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategiesLead and mentor junior EstimatorsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.6+ years of estimating experience.Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, BlueBeam, AgtekExperience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectTravel to visit project sites as requiredMust have a valid driver's license
