Job DescriptionLead the full lifecycle of healthcare construction projects-ground-up facilities, interior build-outs, renovations, and specialized clinical spaces. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontracts, procurement, and documentation. Coordinate closely with hospital administrators, facility managers, architects, engineers, and specialty subcontractors. Conduct regular site visits and ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety standards, and healthcare construction protocols. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues proactively to maintain quality and momentum. Oversee field teams, drive accountability, and support a collaborative project culture. The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction-including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical suites, imaging centers, or similar environments. Familiarity with ground-up construction as well as interior renovations/fit-outs. Strong understanding of healthcare-specific requirements such as ICRA, life safety codes, phasing, and operational continuity in active facilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Based in Atlanta.
