Family Practice - Without OB Physician

A single specialty OBGYN group near Boston is hiring an additional OBGYN. Group currently has 8 OBGYN's, 3 CNM's, 3 NP's and 1 PA. All physicians in the group do deliveries and work four clinic days and one admin day per week. Physicians see an average of 22 patients per day in the office. The practice is equipped with on-site laboratory and Radiology services, as well as outpatient procedural space. Labor and delivery team manages over 1,500 deliveries per year.Hospital Employee . 1:9 Call Ratio. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. CME time and money available. daVinci is available for those desiring to use it. MGMA competitive salary and sign on, relocation bonus if applicable. Average is 50% Ob / 50% Gyn, with option to specialize. Base salary for two years then wRVU with production and quality based compensation. Four clinical days per week - three in ambulatory practice sites, One surgery/Labor floor day and one administrative day. Nocturnist laborists on site during the weeknights.
