Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) Alexandria, LA (Onsite)Position Overview This opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time candidates. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting patients across the lifespan in achieving emotional stability and long-term recovery. You'll work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your clinical expertise will directly impact lives.Schedule & Work SettingSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Setting: 100% Onsite On-Call/Weekend Requirements: None Shift Differential: Not applicable Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 / ICD-10 coding systems Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing Behavioral Therapy Applied Behavior Analysis Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards Provide crisis intervention and management to ensure patient safety Coordinate care through case management , collaborating with providers and community resources Manage patient intake , medical record reviews, and ongoing care planning Participate in data collection and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications & RequirementsActive LCSW or LAC license (required) Open to new graduates ; clinical experience preferred Strong background in: Psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions Motivational interviewing and addiction counseling Individual, family, and group therapy Knowledge of: ICD-9 / ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and medical terminology HIPAA-compliant documentation Experience with: Crisis intervention and case management Child & family counseling Telehealth (preferred but not required) Ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments and treatment planning Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Patient PopulationTreating children through adults For More Details: Contact: (469)-290-0934 or Email: asra.moosvi@protouchstaffing.com
