Serves as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.Essential Functions Responsible for full recruiting cycle, including posting requisitions, routing for approval, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, interviewing, checking references, and extending offers of employment. Partners with hiring leaders and Human Resources Business Partner to find best qualified candidate for positions. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Reviews resumes and screens candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, suitability for specific openings, and salary requirements. Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources. Attend career fairs and assist with internship programs. Utilizes online resources and other sources to increase candidates and to find passive candidates. Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on candidates within the organizations applicant tracking system. Demonstrates exceptional customer service and creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders. Assists in investigating and developing marketing techniques to improve recruiting and the organizations name and recognition. Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct. Regular and dependable attendance.
