This role will act as a key advisor to leadership, helping drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior and field leadership to align HR strategies with business objectivesServe as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and leadership coachingSupport workforce planning, hiring initiatives, and onboarding across multiple locationsGuide leaders through performance improvement, feedback, and development conversationsDrive initiatives around employee engagement, retention, and cultureEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practicesAssist with audits, reporting, and process improvements across HR operationsSupport organizational changes, growth initiatives, and leadership development effortsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leadership teamsExperience in multi-site or multi-state environments (e.g., retail, hospitality, service-based industries)Strong employee relations and coaching backgroundFamiliarity with HRIS systemsProven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levelsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $115,000 / AnnuallyBonus: 15% targetBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time off and company holidaysAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
