REQUIREMENT Backend Data Developer (Python and PySpark.) McLean, VA Long term contract Prior experience with the Client : Capital One is Must ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop data engineering solutions in a federated platform environment.Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale distributed data processing systems.Work closely with platform and product teams to operationalize data workloads. Required Skills5-8+ years of backend / data engineering experience.Data ETL development using AWS tools such as Lambda, EMR, Glue, Databricks.Programming experience with Python and PySpark.Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud-based data platforms.Experience working with DevOps processes and CI/CD environments preferred. General Competencies (for all roles)Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
