Gladly is transforming customer experiences with AI-powered web tools. This Web Experience Manager role owns the site build end-to-end, from concept through launch, in Sanity, with a focus on Core Web Vitals and SEO fundamentals.
You will shape layout and design decisions, guided by data to steadily improve conversions. You will drive measurement, experimentation, and AI-enabled site experiences, collaborating across marketing and product teams in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
