ERP Product Manager

Job OverviewThe ERP Product Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing organizational processes/workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with best practices. They engage a cross-functional team to understand opportunities and manage a technical product roadmap. The position requires excellent time management skills. It will lead a team responsible for triaging, prioritizing, and diagnosing day to day support requests from end users while driving continuous improvement efforts and monitoring future release notes for potential impacts. The position will lead the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure execution and sustainable results.Job ResponsibilitiesKey Aspects of the role include:Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirementsLearn our business strategy and processes.
