Job Title: Senior Salesforce DeveloperLocation: USA (Remote – PST Hours)Duration: 3–6 Months (Possible Extension)OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development, platform customization, and enterprise application delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who writes clean, scalable code, follows best practices, and delivers well-documented, maintainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Build and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flows, Record Types, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other platform features.Develop and integrate Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and support Salesforce Mobile capabilities.Manage deployments using Sandboxes, Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in:Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable, Test Classes)Lightning Web Components (LWC)SOQL/SOSLSalesforce REST/SOAP APIsSalesforce Mobile DevelopmentExperience with Salesforce configuration, including:Record TypesPage LayoutsValidation RulesAssignment RulesApproval ProcessesFlow AutomationSolid understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.Experience with Git-based version control, deployment processes, and CI/CD.Strong debugging, testing, and technical documentation skills.Preferred QualitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards.Documentation-driven approach with a focus on long-term maintainability.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
