Blayze Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading commercial general contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile retail and restaurant construction projects in the Dallas, TX area.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in managing fast-paced commercial builds to join a company known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term careers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive pre-construction and project execution plansLead weekly staff and production meetingsDetermine appropriate construction methods and sequencing for retail and restaurant environmentsOversee and ensure top-tier quality control throughout all phases of constructionMaintain and drive project schedules, including creation of 2–3 week look-ahead plansAllocate manpower and resources effectively to meet tight deadlinesManage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors on a daily basisProactively identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid delaysEnsure job site cleanliness, safety, and organizationCoordinate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to meet brand standards and operational requirementsQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (retail, restaurant, or hospitality project experience strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage fast-track projects and multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of tenant improvements, fit-outs, and interior constructionExcellent communication and leadership skillsStable employment historyDegree in Construction Management or related field is preferredWhat's on Offer:$120,000 - $160,000 base salaryFull benefits packageJoin a reputable GC with a strong presence in the Texas marketOpportunity to deliver high-impact retail and dining spaces for well-known brands
